My Story

​

  • Chartered Clinical Psychologist and retired head of department of adult psychology within the NHS.

​

  • Early pioneer of quality of life research focused on addressing the institutionalisation of long term psychiatric patients in hospitals.

​

  • Working from this background, I have wanted to integrate developments in science with the disciplines of psychology and psychotherapy to build a new foundation for a model of the human mind.
